Taks 4
A sample of head,face and neck Assessment. Examination above is done in getting
the results.Perils are hair whitish black, clean, no wounds, and no lumps,Advance
examination shows pinkeye conjunctiva,white scelera, no wound, clean, pupil
reflex + / +, pale lip mucosa, no stomatitis.No sputum, clean, no injury.
Examination of the neck is found that there is no enlargement of the thyroid gland.
Of all the checks above all the results are normal.
