SCOPE OF WORK FOR SITE SURVEYING

 Widths of road, drainage and road reserves (if any) for new survey works
 Showing nearest discharge drain and the discharge drain IL and section.
 Indicate nearest discharge river
 Spot levels at least 10m interval of roads, drains, culverts, footpaths next to site
boundaries. These should extend to at least 20 meters beyond corners of the site.
Contours of 2m interval.
 Dimensions of drains, culverts, footpaths, walkway, planting areas and
carriageways. Type of drains and culverts to be indicated. Invert levels for
drains, culverts, man-holes and indication of flow directions.
 Existing services such as manholes, chambers, posts, hydrants, DB boxes etc.
within or adjacent to site.
