ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Water
Resources Department, A.P., Hyderabad in the references 1st & 3rd read above
and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby relax the
minimum service condition stipulated under Rule-7 of A.P.I.E.S., in favour of
the (20) Junior Technical Officers/Technical Assistants who are having
B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) qualification and completed 2 years of service,
mentioned in the Annexure to this order, to become eligible them for
appointment by transfer/promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer
for the panel year 2015-2016.

2. The qualifications, date of appointment, Zone to which they belong

and eligibility to hold the post of Assistant Executive Engineer etc., shall be
verified thoroughly.

3. The Engineer-in-Chief(AW), Water Resources Department, A.P.,

Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
