Owner and operator of Nevada government affairs, lobbying, communications, and campaign firm.
Representing clients such as the Nevada Technology Association, Compassion & Choices, and many
others. Have worked on issues ranging from criminal justice reform, economic development, technology,
etc. at the local, state, and federal levels.

Deputy Political Director, Heller for Senate — 2017-2018

Managed Northern Nevada campaign for major U.S. Senate race, directed organized field program,
assisted communications team, coordinated with the Nevada Republican Party and Republican National
Committee representatives in Nevada, and oversaw Northern Nevada office and staff.

Senior Policy Analyst, Americans for Prosperity — 2016-2017

Head lobbyist and chief in-state policy strategist. Directed statewide policy efforts for Americans for
Prosperity, Generation Opportunity, Libre Initiative, and Concerned Veterans for America. Drafted policy
proposals, and worked to advance that policy in the Nevada Legislature. Directed Northern Nevada
grassroots operations, legislative grassroots organizing, and donor network. Managed field staff and
office operations. Passed legislation that restored rights to those with past criminal convictions and had
completed their time. Worked on getting the Pink Tax Repeal on the ballot. Introduced legislation that
would reform occupational licensing laws in order to reduce burdensome regulations on the least
fortunate.

Senior Field Director, Americans for Prosperity — 2015-2016

Directed grassroots field program for Northern Nevada for non-partisan political organization. Educated
activists on how to involve themselves within a grassroots movement. Organized and executed events
including: phone-banking, door knocking, community involvement, etc. Managed office for Northern
Nevada and the staff. Trained staff statewide and ensured data integrity for state organization. Assisted
the state director with local and statewide policy issues.

Public Affairs Coordinator, Amplify Relations— 2015

Worked with government affairs clients during the 78th Legislative Session. Coordinated with elected
officials to advance the goals of the clients, and worked on client proposals.

Political Campaign Coordinator, Jill Dickman for Assembly — 2013-2014

Led local Nevada Assembly race, managed data for Assembly District 31, accompanied candidate to
events, spoke on her behalf, organized and advocated for her ideas and goals.
