 Carry out HSE management for construction supervision

 Review the plans and reports on HSE management submitted by EPC Contractor during
construction phase of the project
 Coordinate with Employer, other Employer’s Engineers and EPC Contractor on HSE
management
 Prepare and complete all the reports and documentation works as per IFC’s and OPIC
requirements for investment approval of the projects
 Coordinate with lender’s Engineer as well as the local government agencies including but not
limited to EPA’s, Wildlife department, Forest department, AEDB and on HSE management, if
necessary.
 Conducting Environment Studies (IEE, EIA & ESIA) for the projects.
 IEE Report preparation to field activities including construction supervision.
 EHS Supervision of construction work, reporting, implementation of EMP during
construction phase and making quarterly reports and submit to relevant department.
 Check the proper use of PPEs during construction work.
 Conduct internal Audit on sites.
  Conduct ISO Audit for company (9001, 14001 & 18001) IMS.
 Review Due diligence reports of the projects.
