I am literally cheesing so big because I am

fangirling over the people I am going to suggest my

classmates to follow. One of the first people that
came to mind was the one and only Chrissy Teigen.
One thing that makes her a unique human being is
that she tells it like it is. That’s why some people
don’t like her (Donald Trump has her blocked on
Twitter). She is so honest when it comes to her
relationship with John Legend and motherhood.
Not to mention she is hilarious!

The next person I think everyone should

follow is my future husband, he just doesn’t know
it yet. To me, Trevor Noah is everything I want my
significant other to be. He is funny, compassionate,
humble, and not mention handsome. Trevor Noah
wrote a book called “ Born a Crime: Stories from a
South African Childhood” and it was one of the
best books I have ever read. It is crazy because he
grew up dirt poor. He didn’t even have indoor
plumbing while growing up. One thing I admire
about him is how he puts things into perspective.
He is the host of “The Daily Show” on Comedy
Central and he talks about political topics and makes it funny. He makes it where you can laugh
at the pain and kind of forget all the bad that is happening in the world.

The next person I think

everyone should follow is Yara
Shahidi. She is one of the breakout
stars from the hit show “Black-ish”
and even got her own spin off show
“Grown-ish”. However, the character
she plays on the hit show and who she
is in real life are two completely
different people. She is an activist on
just about everything. She is a voice
for the new generation. She celebrated
her 18th birthday by hosting a get-
out-the-vote party and encouraging
her friends to register in time for this year's midterm elections. She even got her own Barbie!
Not to mention that Michelle Obama wrote her a letter of recommendation for college.

Serena Williams is the icon we all need. One reason why I look up to her and why many
people is that she is a strong woman. Not only physically, but mentally. Serena has faced racism
and sexism throughout her career, but she doesn’t allow it to destroy her drive. She keeps her
eye on the ball and continues to live her best life. I want to end this section of Serena Williams
with a quote she said. “I’m a Black woman, and I am in a sport that wasn’t really meant for Black
people. So to those of you involved in equality movements like Black Lives Matter, I say this:
Keep it up. Don’t let those trolls stop you. To other people, I
say: When someone’s harassing someone else, speak up!”

Lastly I will finish off with a man who supports

climate change and Native American rights. Many people
know him as The Hulk, Mark Ruffalo uses his stardom to
shine light on important issues in America. Being full blood
Native American, I appreciate Ruffalo what he does for the
Native American community just like picture on the right.
