3) All files of laptop to be automatically synched to cloud through Enterprise IT software.
4) Personal laptops used in work to be installed with IT security software (Antivirus, USB
encryption, Email restrictions, logging tools to detect unwanted upload/email of document.
5) Application to be made for both phone and laptops.
6) Messaging applications only to use company cloud storage and not phone storage when
downloading files.
7) Accessing cloud requires user credentials.
8) Files to be flagged with level of clearance required to view. This is to be monitored by a separate
team for any wrong flagging.
9) Clients to use app but have different limited access rights. Can only receive their clearance level
files.
10) File sharing logs to be maintained and monitored for bad share.
