BARTER AGREEMENT / EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

This Agreement(“The Agreement”) is made effective as of ______________ for good and valuable
consideration by and between the Miguelito Galorio Surban of Purok 4- Guiawon, Puga-an, Iligan
City (the Offeror) and Mr. and Mrs. Enemesio Villamor Casas of Purok 2-b, Puga-an, Iligan
City (the Offeree) who jointly agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditionsas outlined
below.

Offeror offers the following property for barter:

House Property at Purok 2-b, Puga-an, Iligan City which is located at the left wing of the late
Fransisco Surban and Marta Surban’s Residence.

In exchange, Offeree offers the following property:

The Store Property at Purok 2-b, Puga-an, Iligan City which is located at Encabo Family’s lot
property.

Terms and Conditions:

1. It is understood by both parties that completion of this agreement contract represents the
intent of “Offeree” to enter into legally binding contract.
2. Both parties attest that they are freely/ legally entering into this agreement and will abide
into the directives and requirements.
3. Both parties adhere to the price set by each as final. Both parties attest that the agreed
payment for the exchanged property represents fair to the best of their knowledge.
4. Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless to other.
5. Both parties attest that all information included in this agreement is true, to the best of their
knowledge.
6. If a party opts to terminate the barter arrangement, that party agrees to compensate the
other party which is the same price to what was being offered or exchanged.
