Itinerary

Introduction
Get your fill of Europe’s finest architecture on this 9 day adventure. Starting in the modern city of
Berlin, have your pick of museums or visit the last remaining part of the infamous Berlin Wall.
Take a brewery tour in Prague before exploring one of the largest castle complexes in the world,
and walk the charming Charles Bridge witnessing musicians and artists at work. Dress up and
see an opera in Vienna or if casual is more your style, kick back in one of the many Munich beer
houses. After witnessing the beauty of the Swiss Alps, we end in Milan where you can climb to
the rooftop of the largest cathedral in Italy for some breathtaking city views.

Day 1: Arrive Berlin

Berlin,
Start Point
Germany

Welcome to the vibrant city of Berlin. The capital of Germany, this modern and stimulating city
has a lot to be discovered. After being devastated during WWII, the city has rebuilt into a
modern oasis and managed to keep its tradition and history in the process. Both the capital and
largest city in Germany, Berlin has seen its fair share of division. In 1961, East German soldiers
lay down the foundations for the infamous Berlin Wall, which was to divide the Soviet controlled
East side of the city and the democratic West side. This turbulent time eventually came to an
end in 1989 followed by the demolition of the wall in 1991. To this day, a part remains as a
reminder of history and is a must see while in Berlin. You can also visit Checkpoint Charlie, the
most well known crossing point between the east and west sides.

Come evening, experience some of Berlin’s world famous nightlife. Club culture and all things
techno radiate through the city, drawing party goers from all over. Beyond the nightclubs, Berlin
has a thriving music scene of jazz, punk and everything in between, with venues dotted all over
the city.

bones that are artistically decorated throughout the church. A popular burial ground in the 12th
century, followed by the 14th century Black Death, meant thousands were buried in the area.

Don’t miss a walk around the vast Prague castle complex, an area of almost 70,000 square
metres making it officially the largest castle complex in the world. This is where you will find the
