General Santos City as perceived by the customers. The customers are satisfied with

the services offered and rendered by the staffs with a mean of 3.96. They are delighted

with the politeness shown by the cashier (wm=4.07). The convenience store makes the

customer feel comfortable and at ease (wm=4.00). Approachability of the service crews

pleased their clients (wm=3.97). Customers are also satisfied on how the security guard

expresses gratitude to every customer who visit and leaves the store (wm=3.80).

For the place, the customers are satisfied with the site and arrangement of the

store with a mean of 4.07. They are satisfied with the location of the store since it is

accessible (wm=4.18). They are contented that the store can accommodate large

number of customers (wm=4.10). The interior arrangement of the store offers

satisfaction (wm=4.01). The distance of each tables is satisfactory since it gives way to

The over-all mean percentage of the level of satisfaction on the services of the

convenience stores in General Santos City is 4.04 which show that the customers are

satisfied. It can be inferred that the services are pleasing and is satisfactory.
