The Demon Crate is NOT available in VOIM at the time of order

The Demon Crate is only available after market

The Crate is only available for the customer to order AFTER the dealership has reported
the vehicle sold
• It is important for the dealer to NVDR the car immediately after the customer
takes delivery Personalized/Serialized IP Badge
• The customer WILL NOT be able to order their Demon crate until 48 hours after
the car has been NVDR’d

DO NOT report a Demon sold until final customer takes delivery

• The Demon Crate and IP Badge (which comes in the crate) are personalized
with the final customer’s name and can not be changed
• The customer will only be able to order the crate if their name matches the
name on the NVDR

Customers must call 800-998-1110 (Demon Concierge) to order their Crate after they
have taken delivery of their Demon and dealership has reported the car as sold
