Section VII Technical SpecificationsTECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PART 1 TS-1.0 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS TS- 1.1 GENERAL This project provides the governor system of Agus 7 Hydroelectric Power Plant generating unit no. 1 with an upgraded governor controller that shall improve its efficiency and enhance the quality of performance. TS- 1.2 PROJECT LOCATION The project is located in Agus 7 Hydroelectric Power Plant, Fuentes, Maria Cristina, lligan City. TS- 1.3 SCOPE OF WORK The works and services to be performed by the Contractor for this undertaking shall essentially consist of, but not limited to the following Supply and delivery of all items and materials needed for the project; Removal of old equipment: Installation works; Testing and commissioning works; and Technology Transfer — intensive training on the operation and maintenance of the system, and programming/system tuning and diagnostic tool/software. eeaoc8 TS- 1.4 CONTRACT PERIOD The contractor shall complete the works within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The contract period shall be reckoned from the date of contract effectivity as specified in the Notice to Proceed TS-1.5 CODES AND STANDARDS The Supplier shall bear full responsibility that the material has been designed and fabricated in accordance with all codes, standards, and applicable governmental regulations and performs under the conditions and to the standards specified herein. 4. TS-1.6 WORKMANSHIP a. General Workmanship shall be of first-class quality and in accordance with the best modern engineering practice for the manufacture, assembly, installation. testing and commissioning of governor controller for hydroelectric power plant governor system. All on-site inspection, installation, wiring and setting works must be performed by qualified technical personnel TS- 1.7 SPECIFICATIONS This specification covers the features and technical requirements for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of governor controller for Agus 7 Hydroelectric Power Plant governor system. Handle, ship, and store material in a manner that will prevent distortion or other damage. Store material in a clean and properly drained location and out of contact with the ground. Replace all damaged material with new material or repair the damaged material in an approved manner at no additional cost to the NPC. TS- 1.9 DATA AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS Bidders’ furnished data and information shall be the guaranteed performance data, predicted performance, interface requirements and construction features of the equipment to be furnished. The accuracy of such information and its compatibility with overall performance requirements specified by NPC are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. All information submitted as part of proposal Data will become part of the contract data for successful bidder. Any deviation from such requires NPC's approval. The Supplier shall furnish with his proposal the following a. Completely Filled-out Technical Data Sheets; b. Original copy of the brochure in full color or original CD of the manufacturer. If this is not available, downloaded brochures will be allowed, but the original copy of the brochure will still be submitted during post-qualification. c. Site Inspection Certificate to be signed by NPC's authorized plant personnel. Suppliers representative who shall conduct on-site inspection shall be technically knowledgeable on this project, and Work Plan/Schedule (Bar Chart) that include manpower requirements BIR Tax Clearance Certificate that is valid as of date of the bid opening oa
