A stragegic change for US interests, defense and foreign policy the United
States is not an Oligarchal society neither should we govern by British stype
imperial crisis management tactics which do not better our nation an end to
pardon my language the dumb ways of doing things and a new American
century where we promote American security, economic interests, trade
and diplomatic interests.

Also cutting wasteful defense spending to really focus on what we need to

focus on.

1. Reduce our nuclear stockpiles by two thirds and Eliminate one third
of the Nuclear triad the bomber section we could cut down
bureaucracy and save $100 billion dollars or more

2. Cut costly and un-neccessary programs like the V-22 osprey aircraft
and the expenditionary fighting vehicles, world war 2 was over 70
years ago it seems illogical for me to keep some of this programs

3. Closing a combatant combat such as US Africa Command.

By undertaking this three actions we would free up so much wasteful

bureauracy and make sure we are focusing on the right things to advance
US interests.

4. Gold, diamonds, platinum, titanium, tantalite, copper, iron, tungsten
and uranium, plus 52 other metals and minerals, many of them of
absolutely vital strategic value to the United States, it is important for
the United States to have positive relations with the following
countries such as Russia, South Africa, the Congo, Brazil, Canada,
Rwanda signing mutually binding energy,security trade and mining
agreements. fair to both sides.
5. Exporting US technology around the world in exchange for valuable
raw materials vital to the United States in high tech manufacturing,
energy and the overall US economy.
6. Forgiveness of third world debt by the US government and signing
trade agreements to export American pharmaceuticals, steel,
machinery and defense systems which would create American jobs in
manufacturing by making the United States a greater exporter.
7. Ensure U.S. allies'' survival and their active cooperation with the
United States in shaping an international system in which we can
thrive, this includes joint fusion energy development projects, EU-
USA joint ventures in space, defense, aerospace with the European
Union and partners in Ibero America.
8. Shared interests between the United States and Germany in Latin
 America and Africa, the rise of this continents is all in our best
interest as they could represent new markets for American, German
and EU companies, exporting nuclear fusion technology to the third
world in exchange for raw materials vital to the industrial base of the
United States, Germany and the European Union
9. Prevent the emergence of hostile major powers or failed states on
U.S. borders this includes a joint effort with Mexico and Colombian
authorities to eradicate the drug's trade in Latin America, the cartels
are the reason why many people migrate towards North to the
United States, if we could reduce violence and completely decimate
the narco terrorists we would stop the need for people to migrate to
the US border seeking ayslum.
10. Ensure the viability and stability of major global systems (trade,
financial markets, supplies of energy, and the environment, this
includes exporting American technology to the third world in
exchange for raw materials, protecting supplies of energy with
diplomacy not military strength which is why peace in the Persian gulf
is important, opening diplomatic relations with Iran, signing
agreements for oil companies to do business in Iran in exchange for
Iran allowed to build 4th generation nuclear reactors for peaceful
uses. Opening up relations with North Korea signing agreements to
import North Korean rare earth minerals vital to US and EU Industry
to the United States and European Union, drawing a red line on
North Korean missile tests they can have a nuclear energy and
weapons, test out intercontinental ballastic missiles out in the pacific
ocean far away from the United States or Europe welcoming North
Korea into the arctic circle and welcoming the reunification of Korea
and establishing peace.
