Why the world need's IBM Quantum

Computers and Particle Accelerators Paper?

Abstract on my theory
Merging the equations of gravity and inertia with the
quantum world of electromagnetism which includes heavy
maths, Einstein's field equations, existence of torsion fields,
particle physics and quantum physics could explain many
things from the big bang, antimatter and gravity itself.

My theory for peer review.

A splitting of the electroweak force into the electromagnetic
and weak forces around 10^6 seconds after the big bang
created the force we have come to know as the gravitational
force, if my theory is proven to be correct the nuclear rocket
either the fusion of interstellar hydrogen itself which
produces fast neutrons or fission rocket, shall prove to be
the best option for interstellar travel if we are ever to
become a global space faring civilisation of 7 billion people.

However to fully test out this theory scientists, engineers in labs,

universities, colleges, high schools all across the world need the best
quantum computers at current the best happens to be D-Wave built by IBM
priced at $15 million dollars if we in the scientific community had access to
D-Wave in labs, colleges, universities in Europe, North America, Bostwana,
South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Russia,
Canada, Latin America we could all test out the same theory, expect the
same results it would be conclusive evidence, government defense
contracts ought to be given to IBM worth $20 million dollars each to build D
wave quantum computers in research labs, universities, colleges, public
libraries and scientific establishments giving scientists and engineers access
to fast IBM quantum computers for the pursuit of knowledge and science
about the universe.
