How to Create an Account in Nearpod

1. Go to www.nearpod.com
2. Click on Sign In
3. If you have not created an account yet, click on Sign Up
4. Click on I am a teacher
5. If you want to sign up using your email, click on Sign Up with Email. If
you want to sign up with Google, skip to step 7.
6. Type in your first and last name. Then type in your school email address
and create a password to use for your account. Click on the Sign Up
button. Now skip to step 8.
7. Click on Sign Up with Google. You are now logged in as long as you are signed in on google!
8. Once you are logged in, you are on your homescreen. The homescreen shows 5 different options.

Option 1 – My Library: This button takes you to all of YOUR downloaded lessons.
Option 2 – Explore: This button takes you to the Nearpod pre-made lessons where you can
filter and search for a specific lesson.
Option 3 – Join: This button allows you to join a lesson by entering the Nearpod lesson code.
Option 4 – Create: This button takes you to a blank lesson format where you can create your
own multimedia lesson.
Option 5 – Reports: This button takes you to a list of all of the Nearpod lesson analysis reports
that you have conducted with students.
