    CHARACTERISTICS : 

    LoTherme WP 611  Wear Plate is a basic chromium carbide deposit to with stand High 
    Mineral Abrasion with moderate impact. 
     
    TYPICAL APPLICATIONS : 
    VRM  Nozzle,  Armour,  Louvre  Rings,  Body  Liners,  Gritcone,  ESP  Ducts,  Chutes,  Coke 
    Screens, Reclaimer Buckets etc. 
     
    TECHNICAL DETAILS ARE AS UNDER : 
     
    Alloy Basis      :  C, Cr, Mn, Si, B 
    Hardness   ( AW )  :  56 – 60 HRC 
     
    Plates will have stress relief cracks to the depth of deposit thickness.  
    Usually hardness mentioned is on the undiluted WM on Carbon Steel base metal. 
     
    STANDARD AVAILABLE SIZES :  
     
    6+3, 6+4, 6+6, 8+4, 8+5, 8+6, 8+7, 8+8, 10+4, 10+5, …. in 
    THICKNESS RANGES : 
    mm as per requirements.
