    XL-W58

    GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
    A chromium - iron alloy electrode with unique coating for high abrasion resistant
    overlays on plain carbon steels, Manganese steels, and grey cast irons. Carbides
    are uniformly distributed in hard martensitic matrix. This offers excellent
    resistance to low stress scratching type as well as high stress gouging type
    abrasion of metal coal, ore and minerals.

    APPLICATIONS:
    Bucket teeth, Crushing hammer, Jaw crusher Mill, screws, Crusher mantle
    Scraper blade.

    PROCEDURE:
    Grind / gouge out worn and fatigued metal. Use AC/DC+ power source. Employ
    stringer bead, deposit with skip welding technique. Chip slag (very little) between
    passes. For multilayer build up using buffer or cushion. Layer of XL-BM (on High
    manganese steel), XL-BU (on steel) and carbon steel, XL-C30 (on Cast Iron)
