Ali Basmaci

To Whom it May Concern:

During my time as a Line Indoc/ Check Captain at Air Georgian Ltd. I had a number of
opportunities to fly and evaluate Ali Basmaci. Both flight training events were scored in
the high 90 percentile. I conducted both First Officer Indoc and Captain Line Check.

During the time I have known Ali, he has exuded professionalism and leadership. His
eagerness to learn and flying skills make him an excellent addition to any flight
department.

Ali also scored high when evaluated on SOP adherence, AFM limitations, and
procedures.

I would recommend Ali.
