Qualifications:
 Basic Medical Degree e.g. MBBS or equivalent A/I (H)
 Possession of ALS within the last 3 years

Professional Registration:

 Eligible for Full GMC registration with Licence to A/I (H)

Practice

Training and Clinical Experience:

 Previous experience in a recognised training post IN A/I (H)

General Surgery

Professional and Multi-disciplinary team working:

 Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and A/I (H)

within a multi-disciplinary team

Management and Administrative Experience:

 Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively A/I (H)

Research, Innovation and Service Improvement

Experience:

 An understanding of the current NHS environment, A/I (H)

particularly in relation to reforms, initiatives and
issues
