to year eleven level Experience Previous experience of working in a care setting OR working with older adults OR working with disabled adults or in an exercise setting Skills / Knowledge, Aptitudes Awareness of the needs of older /disabled adults Ability to work in a team Good verbal communication skills Good written communication skills Good administrative skills for maintenance of patient records.
