Company Profile:-

A 10 year old food industry manufacturing chips and other food products. The plant is located in
Ranjangaon MIDC which is situated at 50 KM from Pune. Capacity of their effluent treatment
plant is 40 KLD.

Problem:-
To maintain the MLSS, they were adding 25Kg cow dung daily and they were getting yellowish
treated water due to addition of cow dung so frequently. The aim was to get clear treated water.
