Regina Ann is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with in-depth experience in tax and audit
engagements. She first joined in Sycip, Gorres, Velayo and Company (SGV & Co.), the largest
professional services firm in the Philippines and a practice member of Ernst and Young (EY), in
January 2016 as a Tax Associate. In June 2017, she joined in the Financial Assurance Services (FAS)
practice of the firm as an Assurance Associate.

She passed the CPA licensure examination in October 2015, after she graduated with a degree of
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and with the honor distinction of Cum Laude.

She is currently practicing her profession as Certified Public Accountant in British Virgin Island, a
British overseas territory in the Caribbean.
