TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. NO DIVING
2.LIFE GUARD is not available at the resort.
3.Children must be accompanied by an adult while
swimming at all times.
4.Management is not liable to any accident that may happen
while using the resort facilities.

Management is not liable to for any loss or damages.
6.Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
7.Food and Drinks are not allowed at the swimming pool
area.

period will be charged to the customer
9.Customer must bring their own blanket ad kitchen utensils
10.DOWN PAYMENT is non-refundable and non-appearance
on the schedule will be forfeited.

reservation date. Standard rate will apply and 1,000 pesos
rebooking fee will be charged to the customer.

13.EXTENSION of hours depends on the availability of the
resort. Customer must inform the Resort Administrator at
least 2 hours before the end time.
