Dear Ms. Banko,

This letter is in regard to the promissory note you made on December 15, 2018, for an amount
of P50, 000 which you should have paid before June 15, 2019.

As of today, June 27, 2019, you have not given me any payments for the fulfillment of the said
promissory note. I request that, upon the receipt of this demand letter, you pay the amount in full
as well as the monthly interest at a rate of 5%.

If I do not receive payment in full of the principal amount and the corresponding monthly
interest, I reserve the right to take the necessary legal action to recover the amount without
further notice to you.

Your immediate attention to this matter will definitely be appreciated.

This letter is pursuant to the promissory note you have executed on December 15, 2019, in
favor of my client Mr. Vermar Berungan for the amount of P50,000. As per my client, you have
agreed to fulfill the said amount before June 15, 2019, as well as pay the monthly interest at the
rate of 5%. However, my client has not received any payment whatsoever regarding the
principal amount nor the interest hence, this serves as a proper demand for you to fulfill
whatever is covered in the said promissory note.

Accordingly, we seek for your prompt response as well as due payment for the principal amount
and the interest. If you fail to respond, I will be compelled to pursue the necessary legal action
against you without further notice.
