Skin aging is a natural process according to the general aging state of the body with the
main manifestations of the appearance of wrinkles on the skin, sagging skin, pigmentation
patches, benign melanoma lesions. and malignant, horny. Skin aging is caused by many
factors including endogenous factors such as genetics, genes, metabolic disorders ... or
exogenous factors such as sunlight, environmental pollution, living habits. ... In which we
have to mention the most important factor that is light, especially ultraviolet rays and the
visible energy light. Scientists agree that sun damage is more about aging than
genetics. Some scientists believe that sunlight causes 90% of the skin's aging
process. Science shows that if genetic and environmental factors are the same, women 's
skin ages faster than men 10 years. Therefore, skin care has become an extremely
important factor for women.
Skin care and sunscreen will help slow the progression of skin aging. Many methods can be
applied in the process of treating and preventing skin aging, including peeling (peeling) is an
effective, gentle method, with fewer side effects than most, and can be widely applied and
can be applied at home with best at home chemical peels.
Peels are a valuable method for aging skin due to age, sun damage and scars caused by
acne and tan, and are suitable for the dark skin
Chemical peels, also known as exfoliating or exfoliating, or damaged skin, use chemicals at
different depths, including shallow, medium and deep peels.
Chemical peeling is the most frequently used method in the world. In this process, different
solutions of acids (salicylic acid, lacitic acid, glycolic acid) are used on the skin to exfoliate,
cleanse and regenerate the skin through the promotion of glucosaminoglicans, the
fibroblasts and the regeneration of elastin and collagen. Chemical peels can be used singly
or in multiple substances to enhance the effect of peeling on a number of different skin
conditions.
There are other types of mechanical peels that can be classified according to their depth:
Peeling with a brush, microcrystalline exfoliation, salt peeling and mask peeling.
In addition to the above chemical and mechanical peeling methods, there are other types of
peeling, such as enamel peeling, laser peeling and ultrasonic peeling.
Peel is usually done on the face, neck or hands and is one of the oldest cosmetic methods,
dating from ancient Egypt and Rome. Peel is a popular non-intervention skin rejuvenation
method in the world. People have used this method to reduce and eliminate wrinkles, bring
a healthy, bright and youthful skin. Besides, skin is also used:
There are many different types of skinning procedures from shallow to very deep. According
to Yokomizo et al, skinning can be classified into depths into four groups:
The deeper the skin peeling procedure, the more obvious the result will be. However, risks
and discomfort during the period after the procedure will also increase. The depth of the
skin peeling procedure depends on the degree of skin damage.
Peeling medium
For skin more damaged by sunlight, it is recommended to use moderate peeling procedures
to bring the product deeper. This procedure may cause redness depending on the treated
area and the skin will return to normal after 6-7 days of treatment.
Deep peeling
Skin care after performing skinning procedures is important especially for medium and deep
skin peels. This procedure removes a part of the epidermis and the patient may notice
improvement and redness after 48-72 hours. It is important to note that patients who
undergo skin improvement must moisturize skin using moisturizers and UV protection
through the use of sunscreen. An improvement in wrinkles was seen in two months
because of this long-term repair of elastin and collagen fibers.
