Re: Team Building 2017

Dear All,

Good day!

This is to advise you that we will be having our team building on June 9, 2017 (Friday) in ANNESA'S
RESORT and EVENTS PLACE located at Dao St. Brgy. San Jose Montalban, Rizal.

All Non-Acad and Maintenance Employees are required to attend. Attendance is a MUST.

Our theme for this team building is a "Hawaiian motif". As such, you are expected to dress in accordance
to the said motif. You may put on clothes or accessories such as, hawaiian shirt, grass skirt, flower
garland, floral board shorts and the likes.

Furthermore, each campus is required to make a simple presentation for the team building like dancing,
singing, etc.

Also, we will be having a contest entitled, Mr. and Ms. CASAP 2017. Each campus must have a
representative for this contest.

Each campus shall be in-charged for the food, drinks and other needs, the assignments are;

Pasig - Condiments, Spaghetti and Alcoholic drinks

Marikina - Going to the market to buy all the needed food to be delivered in CASAP Rodriguez and
cooked rice

Taytay - Adobong Manok

Rodriguez - All Inihaw food

Head Office - Soft drinks, Water and Ice

Hoping for your full cooperation on this. We are looking forward for a successful, memorable and
enjoyable team building of CASAP & BFRC.
