Construxus  Co.  is  a  company  with 27 years of experience in the construction of residential 

and  commercial  buildings.  With  more  than  30  completed  low-rise  residential  buildings,  and  with 
several  other  completed  projects  of  varying  sizes  under  our  belts,  we  are  confident  that  our 
company  can  deliver  in  the  construction  of  the  proposed  two-storey  residence,  also  known  as 
Project  A.  This  letter  serves  as  our  expression  of  interest  to  participate  in  the  bidding  of  the
