Acknowledgement

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all those who provided

me the possibility to complete this course. A special gratitude I give to our
lecturer, Professor Dr.Lokman, whose contribution in stimulating suggestions and
encouragement, for giving me a good guideline for assignment, presentation,
public speaking throughout numerous consultations. In addition, a thank you to Dr.
Lokman, who introduced me to the Dynamic of Leadership, and whose passion for
the “underlying structures” had lasting effect of leadership.

I also would like to convey my thanks to Mr.Mahesh who coordinate well

the course throughout this semester. I would also like to expand my gratitude to all
those who have directly and indirectly guided me in completing this course.
