LEARNING OBJECTIVES : By the end of the lesson, the pupils will be able to:
1) Ask and answer three questions about the food their friends would
like to have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2) Say “Yes, I do” or “No, I don’t” to friends’ questions.

i. PRE-LESSON : PRE-LESSON TASK 12: PASS IT ON
ii. LESSON DEVELOPMENT : 1. Pupils are told they are going to write some questions in their
notebooks, example:
a) Do you have pancakes for breakfast?
b) Do you like cheeseburgers?
c) Do you like yoghurt?
d) Do you have soup for dinner?
e) Do you want a crepe for lunch?
2. Teacher demonstrates the sentence structures on the sentence strips.
3. Pupils are told how to answer those questions, example:
a) Yes, I do
b) No, I don’t
4. Pupils play big circle and small circle to ask and answer those questions.
5. Then, pupils are told they are going to play a memory game.
6. Selected pupils are assigned to tell the whole class about what their
friends would like to have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
