1. CIF
1.1 Create Retail CIF
For creation of retail customer, the user has to first login to the CRM module and in the
“Functions” tab, select “CIF Retail”. On expanding the “CIF Retail” folder, the sub functions get displayed as
below -

General Details
1. Login to finacle as Admin and select the function as CIF Retail ->New entity ->Customer.
2. The General details screen is displayed with Basic Info Tab.
3. Select the Gender from the drop down list.
4. Enter the First name, Middle name, Last Name. Last name is mandatory.
5. Enter theShort name and Preferred Name. These are mandatory fields.
6. Click the calendar to enter the Date of Birth.
7. Select the Minority Indicator as Yes or No.
8. Select the Non-resident indicator as Yes or No.
9. Select the Staff Indicator as Yes, No or Ex-Staff.
10. Select the Primary SOL ID from the searcher.
11. Select the Segment and Sub-segment from the searcher.
12. Select the Availed trade services as Yes or No.
13. Select the region from the searcher.
14. Select the Tax deducted at source from the searcher.
15. Purge allowed is auto selected as No.
16. Select the preferred locale from the searcher.
17. Select the enable e-banking as Yes or No.
18. Select the Native language code from the drop down list.
19. Select the preferred native language from the searcher.

20. Under Address, select the preferred address type from the drop down list.
21. To add address details click on Add Address details.
22. Under Phone and E-mail, Select the Preferred Contact No. Type from the drop down list.
23. Select the preferred E-mail ID from the drop down list.
24. Click on Add phone and E-mail to add the Preferred phone and email with details.
25. Click Save.
26. Click Submit.
Identification Document details
27. Click on Add identification document details.
28. Enter the details such as Document type, Document Code, Place of issue, Country of Issue, Issue
date, Unique ID.
29. Click Save.
Currency
30. Click on Add CCY to add a Currency from the searcher.
31. Click Save.
32. Click Submit.
33. The Customer QDE is submitted successfully. CIF is generated.
34. Click Ok after taking note of the CIF.

1.2 Verify CIF Retail

1. Under CIF retail Click on Entity Queue.


2. Select the Tray type as Business Center group.
3. Click on Submit.
4. List of CIF’sto be processed are displayed.
5. Select the record to be verified.
6. Now do a Right ClickEntity Get as Assignee. By doing this the Entity is moved to the self-tray of
the approver.
7. Click Ok.
8. Select your record in the right end by ticking the check box.
9. Click on Current process step.
10. A hyper link Approval with process time is shown. Click on it.
11. A new window opens. Select Decision as Approve from the drop down

12. Click on Save approval form.

1.3 Modify Retail Customer Data

Use this screen to type certain conditions and enable the system to search, view and edit customer, prospect,
contact, or non-customer records. The search entity screen lists the entity details which can be edited. The
General, Demographic, Psychographic and other details can be edited using this menu.
CRMFUNCTIONS CIF RETAIL  EDIT ENTITY
1. Navigate to Edit Entity and select the Entity type and enter the CIF ID for modification.
2. Click Submit.
3. The search results are displayed.
4. Right click the CIF IDand select the Edit option.
5. Select the details to be modified.
Note: A Supervisor needs to verify the record submitted for modification.

1.4 Create Corporate CIF

A corporate CIF entity who maintains an account with the bank as a main account holder is referred to as
corporate customer. For example, a corporate CIF ID maintains current or overdraft account in the name of
the business establishment in Core system. Every corporate customer of the bank is identified with an unique
identifier referred to as CIF ID. The CIF ID is maintained by the bank not withstanding cessation of customer
relationship with the bank, that is, the customer, if reinstated, can continue with the same CIF ID.

General Details
1. Login to finacle as Admin and select the function as CIF Corporate->New entity ->Customer.
2. The General details screen is displayed with Basic Info Tab.
3. Enter the Corporate Name.
4. Enter the Short name.
5. Click the calendar to enter the Relationship Start Date.
6. Select the Assigned Priority from the drop down list.
7. Select the Legal Entity type from the drop down list.
8. Enter the Key Contact Person’s name.

9. Select the CorporateSegment and Sub-segment from the searcher.


10. Enter the Phone No.
11. Select the Business Type from the searcher.
12. Select the Principal Place of Operation from the searcher.
13. Enter Remarks in the box provided.
14. Enter the Registration No.
15. Click on the calendar to enter the Incorporation Date.
16. Select the Region from the searcher.
17. Select the preferred locale from the searcher.
18. Select the Primary SOL ID from the searcher.
19. Select the Relationship Type as Merger or New.
20. Relationship created by is defaulted as the User ID logged in.
21. Select the Sector and Sub-Sector from the searcher.
22. Enter the Tax ID&DSA ID.
23. Select the Entity Class from the drop down list.
24. Enter the Fund Source.
25. Select the Base CCY from the searcher.
26. Enter the Average annual Income.
27. Select the Native language code from the drop down list.
28. Select Availed trade services as Yes or No.
29. Enter the Primary Relationship ID.
30. Select the enable E-banking as Yes or No.
Contact
31. Under Address, select the preferred address type from the drop down list.
32. To add address details click on Add Address details.
33. Under Phone and E-mail, Select the Preferred Contact No. Type from the drop down list.
34. Select the preferred E-mail ID from the drop down list.
35. Click on Add phone and E-mail to add the Preferred phone and email with details.
36. Click Save.
Identification Document details
37. Click on Add identification document details.
38. Enter the details such as Document type, Document Code, Place of issue, Country of Issue, Issue
date, Unique ID.

39. Click Save.


Currency
40. Click on Add CCY to add a Currency from the searcher.
41. Click Save.
42. Click Submit.

1.5 Verify CIF Corporate

1.7 Suspend a CIF

1. Menu: CIF Retail  Operations  Suspension/Undo Suspension.


2. Specify the CIF ID in the column.
3. Click Submit.
4. The system displays the specified CIF ID Record in the tray.
5. Right Click Actions  Suspend customer.
6. The system prompts with a User Interface Screen.
7. Specify the Reason code/s for Suspension.
8. Select the appropriate reason codes from the Available reason codes box.
9. Click on Save Suspend customer.
10. The system prompts with process selection screen.
11. Click on Save ProcessSelection.
12. The System immediately had a pop up for Approval of Suspension.
13. Select the Process name for approval.
14. Click on Save Process Selection.

1.8 Unsuspend CIF

1. Menu: CIF Retail  Operations  Suspension/Undo Suspension.


2. Specify the CIF ID in the column.
3. Click Submit.
4. The system displays the specified CIF ID Record in the tray.
5. Right Click Actions Undo Suspension.
6. The system prompts with a User Interface Screen.
7. Specify the Reason code/s for Unsuspension.
8. Select the appropriate reason codes from the Available reason codes box.
9. Click on Save Unsuspend customer.
10. The system prompts with process selection screen.
11. Click on Save ProcessSelection.
12. The System immediately had a pop up for Approval of Suspension.
13. Select the Process name for approval.
14. Click on Save Process Selection.

1.9 Inquire on CIF – 360 degree view

1. Use 360-degree summary view to inquire on the customer details.


2. Select the CRM Solution in Finacle.
3. Select admin option for login and submit.

3. Enter the Account ID on which the Lien is to be marked.
4. The Module type is auto selected as U – User defined.
5. Click Go.
6. Enter the New Lien amount.
7. Select the effective date as BOD date.
8. Select the Lien reason from the searcher.
9. Click Submitto complete the process of marking a lien.
10. Multiple lien can be added .Click Add button to add another lien and enter the details as discussed
from step 6 to step 8.

4. Transactions
4.1 Create Cash transaction

Transaction is an event that occurs on an account. It could be a financial transaction or a non-financial


transaction. A financial transaction is either crediting or debiting an account for a given amount. It is
always reflected in the books of account of the bank such as the Daybook and the General ledger.
Non-financial transaction could be events such as modifying a customer record, sanctioning of an
overdraft for an account and Modification to customer account which do not affect the daybook or trial
balance or general ledger of the bank.

1. Enter HCASHDEP the Menu Shortcut field to display the Cash Deposit screen.
2. Select A - Add from the Function drop-down list.
3. Select the Transaction Type/Sub-type.
4. Click Go.
5. Enter the A/c. ID.
6. Enter the Ref. CCY/Amount.
7. Enter the Transaction particulars.
8. Click on Save.
9. Note down the Transaction ID generated.

Note: Invoke HACLI and enter the A/c. ID. The above transaction is not seen as it has been saved and not
posted. The transaction status can be viewed in HFTI.

4.2 Post the Cash Transaction

1. Enter HCASHDEP the Menu Shortcut field to display the Cash Deposit screen.
2. Select P - Post from the Function drop-down list.
3. Enter the Transaction ID, which ishas to be posted.
4. Click Go.
5. Details are displayed.
6. Click Submit.

5. Demand Drafts
5.1 Demand Draft Issuance

Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque is an instrument made out by the bank and delivered to the remitter of
funds (purchaser of the DD). The same must be presented by the beneficiary, to claim payment. The
paying/drawee branch must make sure that the DD is genuine, before paying the same. When a draft is
issued drafts account will be credited and the details of the details of the drafts issued register. Similarly,
the drafts paid will be entered in the drafts paid register and the amount is debited to the DD account.

1. Enter HDDMI in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Demand Draft Mass Issuescreen.
2. Select A-Add from the Function drop-down list.
3. Issue Date and Value Date are auto populated as Today’s date or system date.
4. Select the Print Indicator as Immediate, Later or Bulk.
5. Enter the Demand Draft A/c. ID.
6. In Purchase Details, Select the Transaction Type as Cash, Transfer Bank induced or Transfer
Customer induced.
7. Enter the Purchaser A/c. ID. All the details pertaining to that account number automatically
populates from the CIF of the account.
8. Commission A/c. ID defaults as the Purchaser ID entered above.
9. Click Go.
10. Demand Draft Srl.No. is automatically populated as 1.
11. Enter the Demand Draft amount.
12. Enter Drawn on Bank/Branch Code.
13. Enter the Payee Name.
14. Click on Fee Details to view or edit fee details.

6.1 Account opening – Term Deposit account

The Term deposit module of Finacle handles the time deposits. This module caters to different variants of
term deposits like Fixed Deposits, Cumulative deposits, Recurring deposits (RD), Certificate of Deposits
(CD), Notice Deposits (ND) and Flexi-Fixed deposits (FFD). The Scheme type for Term deposits is TDA.

For opening a Term Deposit account user should have the following information ready viz., CIF ID,
Scheme Code, Currency, SOL ID and the GL Subhead code. Some of this information is defaulted while
others need to be filled by the user. Funding of deposit can be done as part of account opening or later
after account opening.
Term Deposits can be of Interest Outflow (IO) type where the interest is paid out at regular intervals or of
Interest Inflow (II) type where the interest along with Principal will be paid only on maturity.

1. Enter HOAACTD in the Menu Shortcut field to display the A/c. Opening - Term Depositsscreen.
2. Enter the details in the CIF ID

8. Limits and Collaterals


8.1 Limit Node Creation

Limit Nodes enable users to monitor liability of a customer per credit facility. A credit facility can
be a revolving or non-revolving credit, term loans, committed facilities, letters of credit, etc.

A limit node can be a parent limit node or a child limit node. A child limit node derives its
drawing power from its parent limit node.
A Limit Node is identified by a unique Limit ID, which is composed of a Limit Prefix and Suffix
IDs. During limit creation, the suffix can be entered or selected from the available list while the
prefix is defined by user.

If the limit node being created is a child limit, then user has to indicate the Limit ID of the
parent limit from which it should derive its share.

1. Type HLNM in the Menu Shortcut field to display Limit Node Maintenance screen.
2. Select the function Add from the Function dropdown list.
3. In the Limit ID field, select the Suffix from the searcher provided. The Prefix is user defined.
4. Click Go.
5. Enter the Description.
6. Select the currency from the searcher in the CCY field.
7. Select Limit Type as C-CIF ID
8. Enter customer id in the field Limit Type ID
9. Committed Lines is defaulted to No.
10. Enter Approval Limit.
11. Select Drawing Power Indicator.
12. EnterLimit Approval Date. This can be BOD date.
13. Enter Limit Expiry date. This has to be a future date.
14. Enter the Limit Effective Date. This can also be BOD date.
15. Select the Master Limit Node using the searcher.
16. Visit the Limit Categories tab. Verify consistency of information from the LNM Tab.

b. Add another CIF if this limit needs to be shared

9.1 Account opening – Retail Loan

Loan accounts can be opened in any of the following modes:


1. Normal Account Opening
2. Back-dated Account Opening
Account Opening in Transfer in Mode [It is similar to the normal account opening but applies to only
those accounts that are opened due to transfer from another Service Outlet (SOL). Here, the transfer-in
details, such as the amount recovered in the previous environment and disbursed in the previous
environment, are captured.]
Loan account opening can be modified by maker before loan account opening verification.

1. Enter HOAACLA in the Menu Shortcut field to display the A/c. Opening - Term Loans screen.
2. Enter the details in the CIF ID
3. SOL ID is defaulted as home SOL of user
4. CCY (currency code) is defaulted as INR

Loan disbursement represents the release of loan proceeds to a customer. The HLADISB menu option is
used to disburse the loan amount to the customer. Some feature of loan disbursement are:
 The bank can collect fees and charges from the customer during the loan disbursement process.
 The loan amount can be disbursed to an account that operates in the same currency or in a different
currency.
 The same steps can be used for single and multiple disbursement of Retail Loans
 Disbursement can be reversed

1. Enter HLADISB in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Disbursement Details screen.
2. Select D-Disbursement from the Function drop-down list.

3. Select a date of disbursement in the Value Date field.


4. Type the Loan account ID in the A/c ID field.
5. Input the Disbursement amount.
6. Select the Transaction type as Transfer
7. Select appropriate options in the Tran. Type and Gross/Net Disbursement fields.
8. Click Accept.
9. Select deductible fees if required to be collected
10. Click Accept. Rebate and claw back screen is displayed
11. Click Accept.
12. Select the credit account number
13. Choose appropriate Mode of release

 Loan account statement – statement can be printed as per frequency set at account level. If needed a
duplicate or adhoc statement can be printed using menu HLAPSP

 Repayment schedule printing – loan account repayment schedule can be printed using menu HLARSH.
1. Enter HLARSH in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Repayment Schedule Report screen.
2. Type the Loan account ID, in the From A/c ID and To A/c ID field.
3. Type From date and To date
4. Click Submit. System generates repayment schedule report which can be view or printed using menu
HPR

9.11 Perform assessment of fee

Assessment is the process of calculating the fees or charges to be collected for a loan account whereas
Collection is the process of collecting the fee which have already been assessed. During collection,
transactions will be created towards fees collection.
Fees and charges can be assessed and collected using the HLAFACR menu option. The following functions
can be performed:
Assessment of Loan Fee: The fees and charges for the loan can be calculated using A-Fee
Assessment function.

Collection of Loan Fee: The fees and charges for the loan can be collected using C-Fee Collection
function.
Assessment and Collection of Loan Fee: The fees and charges for the loan account can be calculated
and collected using the B-Fee Assessment and Collection function. It is used when you want to
collect the fees and charges at the time of calculation only.

1. Enter HLAFACR in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Fee Assessment, Collection and
Refund Details screen.
2. Select Fee Assessment from the Function drop-down list.
3. Type the Retail Loan account ID for which the loan fee is to be assessed in the A/c. ID field.
4. Click Go.
5. Select the check boxes of the charges that need to be assessed and modified, as required.
6. Click Submit to calculate loan fees and charges.

9.12 Perform collection of Fee

1. Enter HLAFACR in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Fee Assessment, Collection and
Refund Details screen.
2. Select Fee Collection from the Function drop-down list.
3. Type the Retail Loan account ID for which the loan fee is to be collected in the A/c. ID field.
4. Click Go.
5. Select the Transactiontype as Transfer
6. Enter collection amount in the field Collection Amt.
7. Enter customer operative account in the field Collection/Refund A/c. ID
8. Click Go.
9. View the fee assessed amount and the amount to be collected.
10. Click Submit. System creates transaction.

9.13 Inquire loan fee collected

1. Enter HLFEEIin the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Fee Detailsscreen.

4. Click Go.
5. Enter the waiver amount and the reason for waiver.
6. Click Submitto complete the process of waiving loan fees.
Note: A Supervisor needs to verify the record submitted for waiving fees and charges for a Retail Loan
account.

9.15 Perform verification of loan fee waiver

1. Enter HLAWFEE in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loans Waiver of Feesscreen.
2. Select Verifyfrom the Function drop-down list.
3. Type the Retail Loan account ID for which the loan fee is to be waived in the A/c. ID field.
4. Click Go.
5. View the waiver amount and the reason for waiver.
6. Click Submitto complete the process of waiving loan fees.

9.16 Perform refund of waived fee

1. Enter HLAFACR in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Fee Assessment, Collection and
Refund Details screen.
2. Select Refund from the Function drop-down list.
3. Type the Retail Loan account ID for which the loan fee is to be collected in the A/c. ID field.

4. Click Go.
5. Select the Transactiontype as Transfer
6. Enter the refund A/c Id and refund CCY.
7. Enter customer operative account in the field Collection/Refund A/c. ID
8. Click Go.

9.17 Perform scheduled payment

Scheduled Payment: A customer can do a scheduled payment if the demand is already generated. A
scheduled payment is performed using the HLASPAY menu option. The next scheduled payment will be
on the next instalment (demand) date.

1. Enter HLASPAYin the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loans Scheduled Payment screen.
2. Select Payment from the Function drop-down list.
3. Select a mode of payment in the Tran. Type field.
4. Select the type of account in the Dr. From field, if the mode of payment is Transfer.
5. Select an account to which the excess amount must be credited in the Excess Cr. To field, in case of
the Operative account.
6. Type the account ID from which payment is to be debited in the Common Dr. A/c.,in case of the
common Debit account.
7. Click Go
8. Type theRetail Loan account ID in the Loan A/c. ID field
9. Enter the payment amount in the Cr. Amt. field.
10. Click Accept
11. View the details of appropriation done by system.
12. Click Submit.
Note: A Supervisor needs to verify the record.

9.18 Perform verification scheduled payment

1. Enter HLASPAYin the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loans Scheduled Payment screen.
2. Select V-Verifyfrom the Payment Type drop-down list.
3. Type the transaction ID for which the verification needs to be done in the Transaction ID field.
4. Click Go.

9.19 Inquire loan overdue position inquire

5. Click Ok.

9.20 Perform unscheduled payment

Unscheduled Payment: A customer can do an unscheduled payment if the Demand is not yet
generated. A partial payment is done using the HLAUPAY menu option. This Job card deals with the
steps to perform Retail loan unscheduled payment.

1. Enter HLAUPAYin the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loans Unscheduled Payment screen.
2. Select Payment from the Payment Type drop-down list.
3. Select a mode of payment in the Tran. Type field.
4. Select the type of account in the Dr. From field, if the mode of payment is Transfer.
5. Type the account ID from which the payment is to be debited in the Common Dr. A/c.,in case of the
common Debit account.
6. Click Go
7. Type the Retail Loan account ID in the Loan A/c. ID field
8. Enter the payment amount in the Cr. Amt. field.
9. Click Accept
10. Click Submit.
Note: A Supervisor needs to verify the record using the HLAUPAY menu option.

9.21 Perform verification of unscheduled payment

1. Enter HLAUPAYin the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loans Unscheduled Payment screen.
2. Select V-Verifyfrom the Payment Type drop-down list.
3. Type the transaction ID for which the verification needs to be done in the Transaction ID field.
4. Click Go.
5. Verify the details.
6. Click Submit to verify the record.

9.22 Perform payoff of loan account

 Payoff is process of zeroing the loan account outstanding dues.


 The HPAYOFF menu option is used to calculate and collect all the dues for the Loan account. Once the
account is paid off, the balance in the Loan account becomes zero and the account becomes eligible for
closure. The next step is the Closure of Loan Account using the CAACLA menu option.

1. Enter HPAYOFF in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Pay Off Process screen.
2. Select Pay Off Loan Amount from the Function drop-down list.
3. Enter the value date of the payoff transaction.
4. Type the Retail Loanaccount ID, which is to be pre-closed, in the A/c. IDfield.
5. Type the reason code for pre-closure of the Retail Loan account in the Reason Code field.
6. Select appropriate options in the Payoff Type
7. Select the Transaction Type as Transfer
8. Enter the source account in the collect A/c Idfiled.
9. Click on GO
10. Select and modify the charges to be collected.
11. Click Go
12. View the details of outstanding components
13. Select Create Transaction.
14. View the transaction to be created while payoff.
15. Click Submitto create the transaction for the amount payable.

Note: A Supervisor needs to verify the record submitted for paying off of a Retail Loan account.

9.23 Perform verification payoff

1. Enter HPAYOFF in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Pay Off Process screen.
2. Select Verify from the Function drop-down list.
3. Type the Retail Loanaccount ID, which is to be pre-closed, in the A/c. IDfield.

9.25 Closure of loan account

3. Type the Retail Loan account ID to be pre-closed in the A/c. IDfield.
4. Click Go.
5. Type the closure remarks in the Closure Remarks field.
6. Click Submit to complete the process of closing a Retail Loan account.

9.26 Verification of loan account closure

A loan can be restructured by rescheduling and amendment.Amendment is a process of generating a new


repayment schedule for a loan, before the first demand is generated for loan account. Rescheduling is a
process of generating a new repayment schedule for a loan, after the demand is generated.

1. Enter HLARAin the Menu Shortcut field to display the Amendment / Rescheduling of Loansscreen.
2. Select R-Rescheduling from the Function drop-down list.
3. Select a rescheduling option in the Reschedule By drop-down list. Example – using parameter
4. Type the Retail Loan account ID in the A/c. ID field.
5. Enter the rescheduling date and the reason code for rescheduling.
6. Click Go.
7. Enter the rescheduling information.
• Enter No of installment
• Enter carry over details
• Select as flag ‘Apply Interest till date’ ,when interest should be applied till date
• Capitalize interest as yes when interest needs to be captialise along with outstanding
principal
• Select carry over demands as per requirement

10.1 Account opening – Commercial Loan

Loan accounts can be opened in any of the following modes:


1. Normal Account Opening
2. Back-dated Account Opening
Account Opening in Transfer in Mode [It is similar to the normal account opening but applies to only
those accounts that are opened due to transfer from another Service Outlet (SOL). Here, the transfer-in
details, such as the amount recovered in the previous environment and disbursed in the previous
environment, are captured.]
Loan account opening can be modified by maker before loan account opening verification.

1. Enter HOAACCL in the Menu Shortcut field to display the A/c. Opening - Commercial Lendingscreen.
2. Enter the details in the CIF ID
3. SOL IDis defaulted as home SOL of user
4. CCY (currency code) is defaulted as INR
5. Enter the Scheme Codeor search from searcher list.
6. Enter Limit node id created for the customer.
7. Click Go.
8. Click the various tabs and enter the details in the mandatory fields of the tabs.

General details, A/c. Interest details, Loan details, LA Interest, Payment Plan, Payment
Schedule, Fees Detailsare to be mandatorily entered/should be visited while account
opening.

Optional tabs:
1. MIS codes: It can be entered while account opening for capturing various MIS related fields.
The entry of appropriate codes is useful for generating various MIS reports.
2. Document: Document codes can be captured in this tab.
3. Other Details: - this is visited when customer is opting for SWIFT statement
4. Account Limits: - Details related to sanctioned limit can be captured in this tab.
5. Drawdown Schedule: User can maintain the drawdown schedule for the loan account using
this tab.

10.5 Perform drawdown

 Drawdown of a commercial loan account can be done only when the commercial loan account is opened
and verified.
 The loan amount can be disbursed to an account that operates in the same currency or in a different
currency.
 The loan amount can be disbursed to one or multiple accounts. If the loan is disbursed to multiple accounts
and the accounts are in different currencies, then the loan can be disbursed in multiple currencies. If the
loan is disbursed in a different currency, the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of disbursement will be
applied.

on the next instalment (demand) date.

closure. The next step is the Closure of Loan Account using the CAACLA menu option.

1. Enter HPAYOFF in the Menu Shortcut field to display the Loan Pay Off Process screen.
2. Select Pay Off Loan Amount from the Function drop-down list.
3. Enter the value date of the payoff transaction.
4. Type the Commercial Loanaccount ID, which is to be pre-closed, in the A/c. IDfield.
5. Type the reason code for pre-closure of the Commercial Loan account in the Reason Code field.
6. Select appropriate options in the Payoff Type
