Greetings!

This has reference to your letter dated April 8, 2019 requesting DILG REGION VI to facilitate
your accreditation.

In your letter, you have categorically stated that your plan is to provide assistance to the
organization of Aqua Land Farmers and Allied Sectors Development Cooperative, that will
enable your members to attain not only increased income and productivity, but also SOCIAL
AND ENTREPRENEUAL AWARENESS for various sectors and co-operators (paragraph 2),
hence, you did not state in your letter the program you wish to partner with us.

However, we would like to inform you that as far as accreditation is concerned, this office
facilitates accreditation of Civil Society Organizations pursuant to Memorandum Circular
2018-79 and Memorandum Circular 2018-89. Please see attached copy of the
Memorandum Circulars.
