Instructions for appearing in on-line test

Arrive at the ATTEST test center at least 30 minutes prior commencement of the online test

Kindly carry the following to the Test

1) Hall Ticket 2) Photo I.D 3) A "4 function" calculator 4) Pen

After completing all formalities the candidates will be seated in the cubical.
The candidate will enter the online test site http://www.competency-management.net/ in Internet
Explorer only. The center will provide the Login ID and the Password to the candidate.

Once you login, click “Home Examinations” select the first option “View Test Paper Exams” and click
on “Start attempting” Or you can also click on “Start”. The Question paper will appear only at the
specified time that the candidate has decided to take the paper.
Click on “Start Attempting” to access the test paper and your time begins.
You will have 120 minutes (2 hours) to complete the test paper

Start attempting the questions one by one; please ensure that you click “Save and Next” after selecting the
correct answer choice. Once you click on submit you will automatically be redirected to the next question
and in similar fashion attempt it.

The questions which

. you will complete will be identified with a tag “Completed” and those which are
remaining to be attempted will carry a tag “Pending”. Questions may have sub parts –ensure that
you attempt all the sub parts. In case you do not know the answer – click “Attempt later” without
choosing the correct option to attempt the next question.
You can revisit any question again to change your answer but note that you will have only 3 attempts
for each question, you will not be able to view the previous answer and your last attempt would be
counted as your final answer.

In event of power failures during the allocated time frame for the test paper – re login and resume your test
paper provided the time has not elapsed. The answer already submitted are recorded hence attempt the
remaining questions.

Once you have completed attempting all the questions – ensure that you click on “UPDATE SCORE
AND EXIT” button, which is located on the top of the question paper grid. If you do not do this then the
scores will not be submitted for evaluation and you will be declared failed.

Once you are back on the Home page you have to attempt the Psychometric test, which is under “Home
examinations”, click on PQ test (Trainees), Read instructions, Once ready, click on ‘I understand, take
me to the test’
This is a 1 hour test and all questions must be attempted in this paper if any question is left blank
then the entire paper will be null and void.
Please answer honestly, give the first response that comes to your mind. In case you try to give socially
acceptable answers, you might not be able to complete the test. Hence stick to the first response that
comes to your mind.
In section 1 Questions are numbered from 1 to 205, the second section again begins from no.1
Once you complete the Psychometric Test ensure that you click on ‘X’ button (top right hand) & then
logout.

Instructions for Interview

Candidates who have been successful in the online tests will be called for an Interview. You will be
informed of the Location, date and time of the interview by e-mail/ phone.
In case if you do not receive any call within a week, kindly send in your query to

Number.
