I will also have the perfect husband, the perfect children, the
perfect dogs, the best clothes, go on the best vacations and
live an all-around fabulous life. We will be the power couple
building an empire, both of us at the top of our game
professionally, with people watching us in awe wondering,
“How do they do it all?” and wanting to be us. He’ll probably
cheat on me, but that’s to be expected in this day and age,
isn’t it? Besides, a long-term relationship is really just a
business deal anyway, so I’ll just look the other way or sleep
with the pool boy as revenge or something, but we’ll continue
our otherwise fabulous life together.
I am in control of my life, and I am in control of my emotions.
Well, actually, I think emotions are pretty useless and will only
trip you up. Having a heart is completely over-rated. It’s much
more important to achieve your goals in life than it is to get all
sloppy and sentimental. Besides, having a heart takes too
much time.
As for how I achieve my goals, if you haven’t noticed, I don’t
waste any time and I am super-organized. It really bothers me
when things take too long because I know I could be doing
ten other things in the same amount of time. I stop moving
only to sleep, and I try to do that quickly. My To-Do lists
constantly keep me on track so that nothing ever slips
through the cracks. That simply cannot happen because I am
me, and nothing slips through the cracks with me. Even at
home, I have everything outlined on my computer, on an
excel spreadsheet, in order of importance, color coded, with
formulas and page-links. I have everything under control at all
times, which is a really important part of achieving your goals
and making your dreams come true.
I also surround myself with all the right people and I don’t
bother with people who can’t benefit me in some way. I can
quickly size someone up by what they do, what they have,
how much they make, where they live, or what they drive. If
they can be useful to me, I stick close to them. Most people,
however, just get in my way, slow me down and don’t
