3. Disassembly and Reassembly

1. Disconnect the LED TV from the power source before disassembly.

2. Follow these directions carefully.
-- Use the Samsung Service tool to disassemble the cabinet.
• Recommend to use the Samsung Service tool.
CAUTION
-- Recommended Torque for Cabinet/Stand screws : 22.0 ~ 26.5lbf
• A strength of Torque can be changed depending on the situation.

1 Place the TV on the Cusion.

3 Insert the Open Jig tool into left bottom

side of the rear cover and following

If you cannot open, find the locking point

4 Gently lift up the Rear Cover from the

bottom corners to release all mounting
clips as indicated by Red Rectangles .

5-1 Remove the BT/WIFI module from the

speaker.

5-2 Remove the BT/WIFI and speaker Cables

from the main board then remove the
speaker.

6 Remove the power cable, BLU cable and

the USI-T cables.

7-1 Disconnect the function cable from the

logo cable.

7-2 Remove the function module from the

bottom chasis and remove the function
cable from the main board.

• Gently lift up (Bottom Left corner) to
release the lock
• Use both hands to hold the board and
slide to the right to release Lift out (Bottom Left corner) to release the lock

CAUTION

When installing the SMPS board, verify

the board is properly positioned in all 6
mounting slots.

9 Removing Main board.

• Gently lift up (Top Right corner) to
release the lock
• Use both hands to hold the board and
slide to the left to release the board.
Lift out (Top Right corner) to release the lock

CAUTION

When installing the Main board, verify

the board is properly positioned in all 4
mounting slots.

Side to the right to release the board
