However, you may be transferred to any station of the Company depending upon the work requirement of AIESL. You would be paid an all-inclusive remuneration of Rs. 28, 000 p.m. and govemed by other terms and conditions of service @s applicable to such Technicians from time to time Taxes would be deducted as per Income Tax rule, The engagement would be on casual / temporary basis valid for a period of 3 months from the date of your reporting for duties, if not extended further on Fixed Term Contract basis on account of your being found suitable through a duly constituted selection exercise, which may be carried out by AIESL in due course of time. ‘Your ‘casual appointment in Air India Engineering Services Limited will be subject to your seeping medically fit for carrying out the job for which yourr services will be availed of. Further, ¥ at any stage it is found that there is adverse vigilance report against you, the engagement would stand terminated forthwith. The appointment is provisional’and subject to your being declared medically ft By the Company doctor. 5. While on duty to an outstation (including foreign station) other than your place of posting, you wil Be paid TAIDA /SOD Passage/Hotel Accommodation as decided by the Company and as > applicable. ‘You shall be liable to make good for any loss caused to the Company by your negligence, default or any breach of instructions issued froin time to time by the Company. - During the subsistence period ofige contact, you shall not take up any job, whether temporary signment without prior written permission of the Company. oda10. You shall undertake to maintain strict discretion Conceming the activities of the Company. You ‘Wil not publish or cause to be published any article, Pook, photographs, letter in electronic or other media or give any interview or broadcast or deliver any lecture or speech on any matter which concerns your duties or the business of the Company without prior permission of the Company, in writing. You shall be responsible for safe custody of ali documents supplied to you and shall return the same on cessation of your engagement. 7 “Your working hours, whether in shift or otherwise will be determined as per requirement of the Company which may be subject to change without notice 5 12. You will follow the duty timings of the station! ection’ division unit you are positioned in. Due erigagement shall be liable to be ierminated without notice. The engagement may also be terminated without Notice in the event of your involvement in any kind of act which is detrimental to the interest of the ‘company and/or in the event of your arrest by the Police any other authority for your involvement in any eriminal acivtice 14. You will not Participate either directly or indirectly, in Any form or manner whatsoever, in Trade Union and/or Political activities, ‘5. Notwithstanding anything contained herein above, the Company reserves the right to terminate wrens YOu wish to discontinue your services at any time during this engagement, you may also do so by giving 04 days’ notice or pay in lieu thereor You may be deputed to any Station/Section/Divsion of the Company depending upgh the requirements of AIESL. 17.
