GOAL

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Maintenance Asset

How do you set the Asset Image where it shows in all the different UI's where image should be available.

SOLUTION

The image is stored in the Product Information Management application, which then defaults to the asset and all other
areas where images are applicable. You can upload it by following the steps below.

1. Go to Product Information Management

2. Tasks
3. Manage Items
4. Search and select the item you want to upload image.
5. In the Overview tab, select Attach (you can also do this by going to Attachments tab).
6. Attach the image using "File" as Type, browse to find your image, enter user-defined text in Title and Description fields.

7. Under 'Actions' select "Set Primary."

8. Hit "OK."
9. Click Save (upper right-hand corner).
10. Refresh
