The list of Chief Superintendents who are appointed to the Trade Testing Centres for Engineering Drawing/Cognate Subject for the ensuing 106" _ All India Trade Test Apprentices — November -2017 to be held from 22-11-2017 _to 30-11-2017 are requested to follow the instructions mentioned below scrupulously:- ROLE OF CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT:- (a) Pre-Examination: . ‘Make seating arrangements and prepare the seating plan etc., well in advance to the examination. The sealing arrangements should be in zig- zag manner . The room-wise seating arrangements should be displayed outside the Examination Halls for easy location of the seat by the candidates + Conduct the required training to all the staff members/invigilators who are drafted for Examination at the Center well in advance * Make arrangements to get ‘Police Bancobust” by consulting the local Police Station.
