THBT the developing nations should prefer ASE to CSE

Casual behaviour sexual activity is having sex either with a marriage partner
or without a married partner. At the end of the day, this casual sexual activity is not
supposed to happen in a developing country. This is because of a few problems which
are the characteristics of developing nations. First, developing nations have a low
controlled birth rate, second of all they are not able to fascilitate their people with
good healthcare fascilities for sexually transmitted diseases (which are caused by free
sex) and third is the high number of early marriage that happens. Besides that, most
developing countries are facing an economic struggle and they also are cultural and
religious based which is kindly now degraded by the globalization era.
So, why is it justified for the government to solve tis problem by educating
their society with abstinence only sex education? So, in this debate ASE is an effort to
construct the minds of our children to avoid sex before marriage so they will be
further away from early pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases. Second, I will
explain you about why the other form of sexual education which is comprehensive
sexual education not fit to be taught in developing nations.
Coming to mu justifications, why are governments able to conduct this?
Because there are a lot of problems that are being faced by the government because of
the free sex that happens, so we need to educate the society to just have sex after you
are married. What kind of problems are bing faced by the governmet?
The main problem is early marriage.
How can this happen? Because in developing nations, not all layers of
society are well educated enough. When they are doing their sexual
activities they are not using protection. Lets imagine. Even if they know
you’re supposed to have sex using condoms when you aren’t married. But
imagine you are in africa. Economic struggles happen everywhere. Even to
buy rice for a day is very difficult, then how are you supposed to buy
condoms for casual sexual activities? So it’s important for us to construct
the mind of the society that it’s better to do sex after marriage. Because
when you are already faithful to your marriage, you are going to have sex
with only one partner (or at least limited area). Because if you have sex
with a big number of people out there, it’s much more easier for you to get
infected with HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases. And the problem
 for the early marriage itsself, early marriages happen when the woman is
pregnant. Most of the society in developing nations, will push their
daughters to have marriage. Either to avoid society’s insults or to save the
daughter. When things like this are avoided, abortion will happen. Huge
amounts of abortions happen in developing nations. If this keeps on
happening day by day, it can harm the future generation because most of
this things are done by the young generation, because the picturization
from the globalization. The massive information that comes from the west
when they conduct casual sex life in developed nations. They are trying to
copy those acts but at the end of the day they are not prepared enough.
There are also a lot of information about what will happen if you do it not
properly, but the government is also not prepared enough to face the
results. So we do believe the government is supposed to provide society
with education from ASE.
But what is CSE? CSE educates society to have a good sex life, either for education,
attitude, skills, but how come this is not proper for developong nations? This is
because we lack recourses. Compared to developing nations, most of the society are
educated enough. So, when CSE is used there it is much better because the society has
a better capability of understanding and they are also not struggling economically.
People in papua will not learn how to use condoms easily, even they are still learning
how the barter system works. They don’t know about money, how will they know
even further about sexual education. So CSE is really not recommended for them.
CSE fits vith developed nations because they have knowledge, health fascilities,
capital and economic condition there is already well developed.
