procedures.
Status: Ongoing.

(b) Project: Consultancy Services for preparation of DPR including technical

and financial study in Delhi to Allahabad stretch of River Yamuna
(NW-110).

Client: Inland Waterways Authority of India.

Key Duties: Preparation of Technical Report, Site Visits, Analysis of Gauge-
Discharge Data, Bathymetry and Topography Data.
Status: On going

(c) Project: Preparation of DPR for development of passengers’ / cargo jetty

& allied infrastructure at Manginapudi in Andhra Pradesh.

Client: Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation.

 Key Duties: Preparation of Hydrographic Tender Document, Collection of
Oceanographic data viz. Tides, currents, water and bed samples, Site
Visit, Analysis of current and tide data through Mike-21.

(d) Project: Consultancy Services for preparation of DPR including technical

and financial study in Delhi to Allahabad stretch of River Jhelum
(NW-49).

Client: Inland Waterways Authority of India.

Key Duties: Preparation of Technical Report, Site Visits, Analysis of Gauge-

Discharge Data, Bathymetry and Topography Data.
Status: On going.

(e) Project: Independent third party Auditing of Maintenance Dredging in the

Shipping Channels Leading to Haldia Dock Complex.

Client: Kolkata Port Trust.

Key Duties: Preparation of Monthly Report, Data analysis of DDR (Daily Dredging
Report), Dredging quantity and Cost Evaluation.
Status: Ongoing.

(f) Project: Marine Geotechnical Investigation in front of Northern

Waterfront of Mazgaon Dock Limited for Capital Dredging.

Client: Mazgaon Dock Limited.

Key Duties: Collection of Oceanographic data viz. Tides, currents, water and bed samples,
Preparation of feasibility report for the navigational channel, Dredging
quantity calculations, Conducting geotechnical investigation and preparation
of Geotechnical Report, Analysis of results and preparation of final report.
Status: Completed.

(g) Project: Independent third party Auditing of Maintenance Dredging in

Hooghly estuary in the shipping channel of Kolkata port.

Client: Kolkata Port Trust.

Key Duties: On-board Inspection of Contractors Plant and Equipment on
dredging Vessels for continuous stretches of 5-7 days, Auditing and
Preparation of Statistical, Cost Evaluation and Progress Reports.
Status: Completed.
