Hacienda Niquía is a modern residential unit located in the
neighborhood of Niquía, in Bello Antioquia. It was an old farm with an antique house near the mall Puerta del Norte. It has been built in the new pole of progress of Medellin’s Metropolitan Area, the North zone. This state of the art housing unit includes amenities, such as swimming pool, parking lot, gym, reception, football pitch, tennis court, beautiful gardens, wide spaces and wonderful decoration. Skyscrapers are taller than the current buildings in the zone. Nature is as beautiful as it used to be years ago. There you can see almond trees, spruces, oaks, palms, poplars and birches. Without doubt, this will be the best place to live and work in the near future; but, despite all this progress, this is a conflictive and violent zone. There several gangs operate dealing with illegal drugs and extortion. In fact, it is becoming the most violent area in Antioquia. On the other hand, common delinquents are pullulating in the surroundings.
