force and effect and has been resolved, the dispositive portion of which states and
reads as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the

corporation shall purchase Lot No. 9784, CAD 705-D, Iden. to
Lot No. 2575-D, Csd-07-007442 covered by Katibayan ng
Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 86029 situated in the Barrio of Looc,
Municipality of Panglao, Province of Bohol, Island of Panglao.
containing an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY
NINE (2,239) square meters, more or less.”. Resolved further
that the appropriate amount shall be released for such purpose
including the expenses for its transfer and registration under its
name from the newly opened account of the corporation.
