Greetings!

This is to respectfully request your good office to effect the necessary changes in the
HLURB License to Sell of Sibukaw Resort Residences, a condominium project, located
at Bingag, Dauis, Bohol under HLURB License to Sell No. 27228.

Originally, the said license was issued in the name of BEATRIZ DUTERTE and RAMON
V. CABACIS, the former being the owner of the lot where the condominium was to be
erected while the latter, who was doing business under the name and style of
TOUCHSTONE BUILDERS, was the developer of the said condominium project.

Based on mutual agreement and valid considerations, the lot where the said
condominium project is situated was sold by BEATRIZ DUTERTE to RAMON V.
CABACIS.

Very recently, the same lot was sold by RAMON V. CABASIS to RED SKY KONSTRAK
CORP., a corporation duly organized under Philippine laws of which RAMON V.
CABACIS is one of the incorporators.

RED SKY KONSTRAK CORP. has already assumed as the owner and developer of
Sibukaw Resort Residences.

For this reason, the undersigned, who is the designated President and CEO of RED SKY
KONSTRAK CORP. respectfully requests that the HLURB License to Sell of Sibukaw
Resort Residences issued in the name of BEATRIZ DUTERTE and RAMON V. CABACIS
be please changed to RED SKY KONSTRAK CORP.
