8. That i, JOVEN EBAD, was sleeping inside our house, when i noticed a
commotion happening outside. Still feeling very sleepy, l went outside to
see what the commotion was all about when i saw JHONDIE ALQUIRES
and FEDERlCO OMANG appearing aghast from running, by the road, just
in front of our house. i also saw from a distance, a group of men
approaching towards JHONDIl: and FEDERlCO. Thereafter, complainant
Romel lnte Agot who arrived ahead of his companions Johny Agot et al.,

10. We, JONE MICHAEL QUIMA and LARRY BANZON, merelv prevented
and separated Jemar Agot, Johnny Agot, and John Doe from mauiing
JHONDlE ALQUlRES and FEDERlCO OMANG. After that l JONE
MICHAEL QUlMA, went home, talked with my neighbor Licarte M Mag-
Aso. Sr. for an hour and a half, and slept. On the other hand I LARRY
