Military SpecificationMIL-B-22852(SHIPS), dated 17 March 1961, is hereby

cancelled. Future acquisition should refer to DOD-STD-2183(SH), Bond
Testing, Babbitt Lined Bearings.

(Copies of specifications,standards, handbooks, drawings, and pub1ications

required by contractors in connection with specific acquisition functions should
be obtained from the contracting activity or as directed by the contracting V
officer.)
