III. Arrange the following steps on how to cook “Mashed Potato Bomb” by writing nos.

Dip each potato ball into the egg wash, then roll in bread crumbs. Repeat for
each ball.
Combine mashed potatoes, scallions and bacon. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Heat oil in a frying pan, then transfer crusted potato ball into hot oil.
Place cube of cheese in the center of patty, then roll, potato mix around it and
into a ball.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Take a pinch of the mixture and roll into a ball, then flatten slightly into a patty.
Repeat until mixture is used up.
In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk together to form an egg wash.
Serve hot with a dressing for dipping and enjoy!
