Before this can be successful, we have to guarantee our citizens' safety and quality of life with what we already have.
Many other pressing projects to complete both in fire/police/spar and roadway/drainage/water
Rather than doing all 5 projects, lets try 1 as a model and see how successful it is.
Spend this amount in conjunction with monies they've alrady raised to complete a good portion of deferred maint.
