    Marketing Manager

    Salary : 20000/- to 25000/-

    TA & DA : 250/- City Limits – full day


    100/- City limits – half day
    400/- to 500/- Within 100 Km from office
    900/- For Night Stay

    Roles : 1. Achieving Targets on monthly basis


    2. Take care of Sales representative and their tagets
    3. Guide them in procurment and finding new orders, providing information necessary

    Incentives : On achieving procurment of 800MT Raw Material (800 X 5Rs. =4000/-)


    On getting 650MT Product orders from (650 X 5Rs. = 3250/- )
    So 4000+3250 = 7250/- only if he reach his target

    Incentives : For previous orders on recurring those orders


    150MT Raw Material (150MT X 10Rs = 1500/-) Raw Material Procurment team
    200MT Product (200MT X 10Rs. = 2000/-) Industrial Team
