TERM -I

PHYSICS:- (a)Make of a file on contributions of Sir Issac Newton to Physics

(b)Draw ray diagrams to show image formation by spherical mirrors.

CHEMISTRY:-Paste any three types of synthetic fibres and synthetic plastics in one file and
also write any two properties and two uses of each.

BIOLOGY:- (1/3 rd of the class divided into four groups)

(a)Make models of different kinds of cells out of waste materials.

(b)Read about Robert Hooke or any other scientist and prepare a file .

TERM -II

PHYSICS:- Make a project file showing the causes of earthquake. Make a chart showing
recent ten major earthquakes, their intensity and destruction caused.

CHEMISTRY:-Do a research and prepare a file on the internal combustion of engine (used
in automobiles) and present it infront of the class.

BIOLOGY:-Study and prepare a file about the Importance of Reproductive Health of

Adolescents under the following headings:- (1)Nutritional need of adolescents (2)Personal
hygiene (3)Physical exercise.

PHYSICS:- (A) Solve ten numerical based on Force and Pressure

(B)Learn the question answers of the lessons taught in the class.

CHEMISTRY:- (A)Write any twenty chemicals with their formulae

(B) Learn the question answers of the lessons taught in the class.

BIOLOGY:- Make a chart of all the components present in a cell (including cell
organelles)and write their functions. Draw a plant and an animal cell and label the components
neatly.
