EXPLANATORY NOTES

1 . Vendors should submit the detailed estimation using SUMMARY sheet(of MS EXCEL file) in this attached BOQ form.

2 . Vendors should make their own estimation specifying each item's unit price which is composed of material cost, labor cost, and equipment cost. Please refer to SUMMARY sheet.

3 . Venodors should also make and submit the total cost for building work, which includes direct cost and all kinds of indirect costs.

4 . The esimation ,without SUMMARY sheet filled with their own detailed unit cost and total cost, will be excluded from our evaluation.

5 . When making the estimation, Vendors should check whether all item's unit cost fits to all brief specifications and descriptions.

6 . Vendors should submit their own detailed estimation in MS Excel file format, not PDF format.

7 . The quantity in this attached BOQ form is right amount except for loss rate of material. The loss rate of each material follow the standard of each country.
