In 2009 Harcourt Construction were

named as the main contractor for the
£100 million Titanic Signature Building in
Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Brief

Tracey Concrete were chosen as

suppliers of the concrete drainage
products. With a tight deadline to have
the project finished Tracey Concrete’s
efficient team helped ensure Harcourt
Construction that the project would be
completed on time. Delivering spigot and
socket pipes in sizes from DN 225-1050mm
and manhole rings and cover slabs from
DN 900-2700mm to site.

The Titanic Signature Building is an Irish

iconic landmark and Tracey Concrete
